HR Manager at CBG – A Key Role in a Global Context

CBG is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager for the head office in Sundbyberg. This is a broad and strategic role, responsible for HR processes at the parent company’s offices, often involving coordination with our different locations. You will lead change work in collaboration with management teams both in Sweden and abroad, addressing a variety of HR matters. The needs vary across offices, making the role both diverse and impactful.
You will play a vital part in shaping the future of HR within our global organization.
Your responsibilities in Sweden:
- Ownership of the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding.
- Oversight of monthly payroll processes.
- Management of HR systems, payroll data, and documentation.
- Support for organizational changes when needed.
Your responsibilities in Sweden and globally:
- Advising managers on HR-related issues and conflict resolution.
- Recruitment of staff and consultants: advertising, handling applications, conducting interviews, drafting contracts, and reference checks.
- Documentation and follow-up of annual performance reviews.
- Monitoring global labour costs.
- Collaborating with CFO and local office management to prepare for and follow up on annual salary reviews.
- Leading annual job evaluation and salary comparison processes.
- Coordinating annual employee surveys and follow-up actions.
- Liaising with local labour law experts to ensure proper implementation and compliance with labour law and work environment policies.
- Managing employee insurance and communication with insurance providers.
- Conducting HR-related staff training.
- Developing and maintaining training and competence programs.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is well into their professional career and ready for a new, exciting challenge.
- Has at least 10 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role with staff and budget responsibility, ideally in mid-sized companies with global operations.
- Has a strong interest in technology and is comfortable working with various recruitment platforms and HR systems. Advanced Excel skills are a must.
- Is culturally aware, outgoing, and eager to meet new people, with the ability to engage and inspire colleagues and employees.
- Has excellent proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. Additional languages are a plus.
