Project Administrator with German
The Team
The Production Team at the Warsaw office that is dedicated to the company’s customers in the German-speaking markets deals with cross-border project management, takes an active part in the multilingual documentation management and takes responsibility at global level for successful deliveries to many of the world’s most leading companies.
The Post
As a Project Administrator, you will belong to this team. You will work together with your colleagues in the team, managing production processes in connection with localization projects, which require the capacity to follow established guidelines and to solve tasks that require sound judgment, as well as well-developed teamwork skills. The completion of a production process covers the following tasks.
- Receiving documentation directly from the customer for analysis of format and content.
- Database management and preparation of customer documents.
- Planning lead times and subsequent monitoring of delivery dates.
- Contacting translators in connection with the confirmation of lead times and dispatch of translation files.
- Managing questions from the translators regarding the content.
- Delivery checks and text formatting/layout of translated documents.
