CBG is a leading localisation company with more than five decades of experience. Operating throughout the world, we are now starting operational activities in Mexico to serve our clients in Canada, Mexico and the United States.
To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a Project Coordinator to manage different process phases of localisation projects related to the production of multilingual documentation. As Project Coordinator, you will report to a Project Manager located in one of our offices in Europe or the United States.
The tasks of this position include:
Receiving files for analysis of format and content. Confirmation to customer.
Planning the processing and preparation of translation files.
Assigning a suitable translator and, where appropriate, a reviser.
Follow-up of deadlines for the translator and the reviser.
Final delivery to the customer.
Full-time availability Monday to Friday.
Communicate effortlessly in both spoken and written English.
Interest in developing your IT skills.
Self-motivation and excellent judgement.
Interest in developing within the localisation industry
Valid work permit for Mexico.
Contract for indefinite employment.
