Collection of personal data
We collect the personal data that you provide through the Service, accessed via our website www.cbg.com or LinkedIn. This includes your name, email address, phone number, CV, cover letter, reference details, and certificates.
We may also gather information from other sources, like websites, if we think your profile might fit current or future vacancies. This is known as sourcing and may include photos or articles.

If your CV has been submitted by a third-party recruitment agency, we process your personal data based on our legitimate interests in managing our recruitment process and evaluating candidates. We also expect the recruitment agency to have obtained your consent or ensured another valid legal basis for sharing your data with us.
